Vega tells the story of Tori (Victoria Justice) that is suddenly immersed in a world of young stars and the show promises. Because of an inconvenience happened to her sister Trina, Tori is forced to replace it in a live performance at the Hollywood Arts High School during the presentation of new talent for the school. With the performance that should have been his sister, Tori wins the whole committee that is not slow to offer her a place at school. From primo giorno di scuola però, Tori si sente assolutamente un pesce fuor d’acqua fra gente di talento, eccentrica e molto decisa. Nel corso del telefilm la protagonista troverà nuovi amici (Cat, André, Rob, Beck e...ché se ne dica anche Jade) e si renderà conto di essere nata per il palcoscenico e non solo: che la sua vita è destinata a cambiare molto presto.
